Life Change UK offers a blend of face to face and e-learning behaviour management training. This training increases understanding as to why people behave as they do, providing strategies for responding to challenging behaviour and increasing the promotion of positive learning behaviour, respect, motivation and communication. The programme is designed to help Parents, Foster Parents, Teachers, Trainers, Youth Workers, Police Officers, Prison Officers, Probation Officers, Social Workers, Employment Staff and others with responsibilities towards those who display challenging behaviour, including offenders, NEETs and long term unemployed.
