Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA)

Developed during the 1950's by Dr Eric Berne, TA is a model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships. Based upon the notion that we have three parts (known as ego states) to our personality, these parts converse with each other in 'transactions' (hence the name).

This course provides an introduction to the TA model of personality and a deeper understanding to the concept of 'interpersonal relationship games', thereby complementing existing skills.
