Understanding Self Wounding 
Self wounding (harming) is becoming increasingly common with young people and can involve a wide range of methods such as cutting, alcohol and drug abuse and suicide.  
 
This course is delivered over one day and provides a brief insight as to why some people self wound (harm) and what actions can be taken to help reduce the risk and encourage change.
