How the Programme Works 
Online study 
Students will receive an access PIN and password, which will be emailed automatically via the programme system. 
 
Once logged on, students will be able to: 
See which courses they have been allocated 
Work through the course material, thereby contributing to their personal CPD whilst gaining increased associated skills and levels of confidence 
Download and print their Learning Journal 
Participate in practical exercises bringing the material to life  
Gain a greater understanding of the issues covered, thereby enabling improved outcomes in their work 
Experience a reduced level of stress and anxiety in working with challenging behaviour 
 
Automated assessment 
At the end of each course, students will be presented with a series of interim and final online assessment questions 
Where answers are incorrect, students will be directed back to the learning material so that they can review again 
Students will have three attempts to complete the assessment and demonstrate they have achieved all the Learning Outcomes 
When they pass the final assessment (Min 85% correct answers) they will be awarded a Completion Certificate which can be download and printed 
Learning portfolio 
If students and their employers/agencies make full use of the resources provided, students will be able to compile a Learning Portfolio to record their progress through the training, including: - 
 
A Learning Journal for each course, where the student can make notes as they work through the exercises presented online 
A Completion Certificate for each course, showing that the student has successfully passed the online assessment and understands the key issues covered
